The management of Sales On Hold strongly recommends that the installation of the IMP audio unit be carried out by qualified (Licenced) telecommunications personnel. Sales On Hold do not install the IMP Players and do not acquire the install services on behalf of our clients. We recommend speaking to your telecommunications supplier as they will already have knowledge of your system and how it has been set up. The following are charges that may need to be included at set up:
- Telephone system preparation may be required.
- Line Isolation Unit. This is normally supplied by the installer at a cost.

Payment Information
Customers purchasing either a 1, 4, or 12 plan will be required to agree to our Terms & Conditions Agreement for a minimum of 12 months. Customers signing for periods of 24 and 36 month periods will receive a predetermined discount as stated in the Packages page.
Clients are invoiced every month via electronic email. To select a payments option, simply click on the drop down menu on the electronic invoice email that will be sent each month for the period of your chosen agreement.

The conditions attached to this Guarantee are as follows;
- Your original quotation that is sent to Sales On Hold has not been altered in any way.
- The quotation displays a standard pricing structure and does not include a discount, bonus or any other form of reduction of price.
- The quotation contains the company name, address and phone number of the organisation that has made the offer and the full name of the company representative that authorised the quotation.
- The quotation contains your company name.
- The quotation contains the date the quotation was supplied.
- That the quotation is not more than 30 days old.
- The quotation contains an official quotation number and/or code.
- The quotation offers the equal products, services, benefits and guarantees as displayed on the Packages page under the heading 'Features' on the Sales On Hold website.
- Any variations to the product/s, service/s, benefit/s and guarantee/s as displayed on the Packages page under the heading 'Features' on the Sales On Hold website will be taken into consideration when assessing each application for the 100% Guarantee.
Service shown on the quotation supplied by the prospective client that are not standard products and/or services of Sales On Hold are not and will not be included in the Guaranteed offer. Quotations containing Discounts, Bonus Offers and/or Free Samples will not be accepted
