IMP is an On Hold messages and music player and operates as a stand alone unit that is connected directly to your PABX telephone system. The pre-mixed messages and music package is the most affordable way to play on hold messages and/or music to your callers when they are on hold or being transferred. We also offer a seamless update service. All studio productions (updates) are supplied via the Clients Area for our your convenience.

Features
- All messages are per-mixed and can be used immediately.
- Fully digital audio ensuring that your messages sound great, are clear and easy to listen to. All IMP units are supplied with a preloaded USB key unless otherwise requested by the client. The IMP’s USB is a plug and play system. So, it is easily to pull the USB stick from the IMP unit, insert the USB into the USB port on the computer or laptop. Then, simply delete the old message or messages you no longer require, then drag and drop or copy and paste the new message or messages that you have downloaded from your Clients Area onto the USB stick. All that is left to do is simply re insert the USB stick back into the IMP unit and it automatically starts playing. The whole process takes less than a few minutes.
- The IMP unit does not need to be reset after update. It simply restarts automatically.
- This process is common on all computers today so clients can update virtually from any computer.
- The IMP unit works with any operating systems enabling an effect transfer process.
- The system is compatible with almost all telephone PABX systems.
- The only limitation to the IMP’s message and music capacity is the size of the USB key. A standard 128mb USB key comes with each IMP unit.

Standard Packages
Standard Packages will suit stand alone businesses looking for a simple price effective On Hold solution! Clients taking the Standard Package will normally need to inform there customers of annual price changes, run standard advertising and/or promotional programs that change from year to year. In most cases they will be looking to inform prospective customers of there products and/or services and established customers of any annual changes.

Group Packages
Group Packages are designed for businesses or organisations that have client groups or memberships. Our On Hold service is then offered as a benefit being a simple price effective On Hold solution! Clients taking the Group Package will have ten or more in there group or membership. They will normally have annual price changes and standard advertising and/or promotional programs that do not change from year to year. In most cases they will be looking to inform prospective customers of there products and/or services and established customers of any annual changes.
